Description
A practical accessory useful for shelling pomegranates. Thanks to a specially designed mesh, housed on a polypropylene container with a capacity of 700 ml, it is easy to separate the juicy grains from the white pulp. The shelling is done by beating the pomegranate with the pestle provided. Made of foodsafe materials. Dish-washer safe.
Use
Cut the pomegranate in two halves. Cut the peel in a radial pattern (fig. 1) then place it on the mesh (granule side). Beat firmly with the pestle (fig.2). Granules and juice will fall into the container while the pulp is retained from the mesh.
